Delete your account
You can delete your Encore account and all of its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Encore and go to the You tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion happens right away and can't be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account, plan status, free reads, XP, streak and level.
- Your leaderboard handle and spot.
- Crews you own, with all their rounds.
- Your rounds, write-ins and votes in other crews, and your membership in them.
- Reports you filed and blocks you made or received.
- Chats, matches and reads saved on your iPhone.
Your chats were never stored on our servers, so there is nothing else to remove.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel Encore Plus, because Apple handles billing. Open iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Encore › Cancel Subscription.
By email
If you can't use the app, email support@encorecoach.app with the subject "Delete my account". Because Encore never collects your name or email, include something that helps us find your account, such as:
- your leaderboard handle,
- the name and invite code of a crew you're in, or
- the order ID from your Encore Plus receipt from Apple.
We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner. If we can't match your request to an account, we'll tell you.
Deleting the app from your iPhone removes the chats stored on it, but doesn't delete your account on our server. Use one of the options above for that.
